Refund & Cancellation Policy — Ranky
Last updated: 2026-10-23. Operated by Shai Shotashvili, Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur) No. 322713082, Etzel 8, Bat Yam, Israel.
1. Cancelling your subscription (standing order)
- Cancel anytime: dashboard → Cancel subscription, or email shaysho1111@gmail.com (from your account email).
- We cancel the standing order with our processor (SUMIT) and confirm in writing by email, including the date charges stop (at the latest within 3 business days).
- No further charges after cancellation. You keep access until the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded unless section 2 or 3 applies.
2. Israeli consumers: cancelling a distance transaction
Under section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a consumer may cancel within 14 days from the transaction (or from receipt of the written disclosure, whichever is later), by written notice (an email to shaysho1111@gmail.com is sufficient).
- We refund the amount paid within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the same card, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
- Additional protections under the law for certain consumers (such as people aged 65+, people with disabilities and new immigrants) apply, and we honour them.
- For a continuous service, you may cancel at any time; charges stop within 3 business days of your notice.
Business customers (purchasing not for personal use) may not have statutory consumer rights, but section 3 still applies to them.
3. Refunds for errors
If a scan failed, you were charged in error, or you were charged after cancelling, email shaysho1111@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund that charge in full.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds go to the original card via SUMIT, and you receive written confirmation and the accounting document for the refund (no VAT is involved: we are an exempt dealer, עוסק פטור). Your bank may take a few business days to show it; if your card is in a different currency than the charge, exchange-rate differences may apply.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal fails we email you and the processor may retry. If it remains unpaid after 7 days, the account moves to the free tier; your data is kept and no collection fees are charged.
6. Customers outside Israel
The same policy applies. You can always cancel online without contacting support.
