Shai Shotashvili (Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur) No. 322713082) is committed to equal access to Ranky for all customers, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Standard and current status

We are working to make askranky.com meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 level AA. The site has not yet undergone a formal external accessibility audit; the measures below come from our own review, and some parts may not yet be fully accessible.

What we have done

• Each page declares its language, and Hebrew pages are laid out right-to-left.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields.
• Animations are reduced for visitors who set "reduce motion" in their system.
• Responsive layout for phones and tablets.

Known limitations

• The bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is provided by a third party. If you cannot complete it, email us and we will run the scan for you manually.
• Visual elements in reports, such as the score gauge and charts, may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers. Email us and we will send you the same data in an accessible format.
• The payment page is hosted by our payment processor, SUMIT, and its accessibility is the processor's responsibility.
